Follow the following SPRO menu, and you can assign each element to an update group.
Menu: SPRO -> Logistics - General -> Logistics Information System (LIS) -> Logistics Data Warehouse -> Updating -> Updating Control -> Settings: Purchasing -> Assign Update Group at Header Level
