Menu: SPRO -> Implementation Guide -> Entreprise Structure -> Definition -> Sales and Distribution -> Define, copy, delete, check Sales organization -> Define Sales Organization
Follow the path indicated and click on "Define Sales Organization" and then on "New Entries". Give a code and a name to your sales organization and click "Save".
Afterwards you can define address and contacts for the sales organization.
Remember also to assign the new sales organization to a company code.
